  • 200F Dry (traditional sauna)
  • 20 minutes
  • 7 days a week
    • BJ goes right after workout (but unnecessary)
  • Anytime in Day

NOTE: Hurts sleep for first two weeks :(

  • Solution: Electrolytes before and after sauna
  • He was losing too much salt/minerals via sauna
    • Caused cramps at night
  • Some sweaters don't lose as much minerals in sweat (can check)

  • Frequency 3-5 per week (linear benefit increase)

  • Temp: 175-200 F
  • Type: Dry Sauna
